Send us the photos you already have — no matter how old they are or however they were taken we have the technology to improve most photos we get. If any one of your photos is not up to scratch and cannot be improved we will tell you and ask you to let us have another one.

If, in the unlikely event that we cannot do anything with the submitted photos then we will refund your money.

This isn’t something you can do yourself in an app. It takes a human eye to match the light, the angle, the way each face sits against the others, so the finished piece looks like a moment that actually happened — not a photo that was stitched together. A few honest things to know: Real wood means natural variation — knots, grain, and colour differences are expected, not flaws. Bark may loosen slightly in shipping without affecting the print. Keep out of direct sunlight. Exact 10″ sizing can vary slightly.
