Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Gilded Age Store, we combine local Irish craftsmanship with a global network of premium artisans. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your items are dispatched based on their origin: our studio in Co. Kerry, Ireland, or our fulfillment partners located worldwide.

1. Order Processing Times

Transit times begin after our standard production period:

  • Handcrafted Products: 1–3 Business Days (Made in Co. Kerry).

  • Delivery within the USA  2 - 5  Business Days

  • Digital Files: Delivered via email within 24–48 hours.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (Standard)

Deliveries to Ireland

  • Handcrafted Products: 3 – 8 Business Days

  • Delivery within the USA   Business Days

Deliveries to the United Kingdom

  • Estimated Time: 7 – 14 Business Days*

  • Note: These delays are a direct result of post-Brexit customs processing and Royal Mail distribution challenges within the UK, rather than delays at the point of origin.

Deliveries to the United States

  • Estimated Time: 3 – 7 Business Days

Deliveries to Europe & Canada

  • Estimated Time: 5 – 12 Business Days

Deliveries to Australia & Rest of World

  • Estimated Time: 10 – 18 Business Days

3. Expedited Shipping

You may upgrade to Expedited Shipping at checkout to reduce transit times. 

4. Global Fulfillment & Tracking

To get your order to you efficiently, we often fulfill products from the center closest to your delivery address. Every order includes a tracking number sent via email. If your order contains both handcrafted items from Kerry and products from our global collections, they may arrive in separate packages and on seperate days.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders (including those to the UK) may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
